| Cygnal Technologies receives Cisco’s highest partner distinction |

MARKHAM, ONTARIO, July 26, 2007 – Cygnal Technologies Corporation (TSX: CYN), a leading Canadian provider of network communication solutions, today announced that it has achieved Cisco Systems’ Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence status.
Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program, and is currently held by fewer than 10% of Cisco’s Canadian partners. The assessment is based upon the customer satisfaction results captured in an ongoing survey. Each quarter Cisco acknowledges Certified Partners that have the highest customer satisfaction distinction within each geographic region, enabling customers to easily locate them on its Partner Locator website.
Cygnal Technologies has completed over 150 Cisco installations, and is honoured to have achieved this recognition from Cisco for the first time.
