| Cygnal Technologies chosen as communications solutions provider for Great Canadian Gaming Corporation |
| Installs converged voice and data networks across Canada |

MARKHAM, ONTARIO, June 28, 2005 – Cygnal Technologies Corporation (TSX:CYN) today announced that it has been selected to design and install voice and data networks at several facilities owned and run by Great Canadian Gaming Corporation, a multi jurisdictional gaming and entertainment operator.
With an expanding footprint of casinos and raceways across the country, Great Canadian Gaming is increasingly able to benefit from an advanced, standardized network solution at all its locations. Centralized control and administration will allow Great Canadian to reduce costs, make more efficient upgrades, and provide improved service and convenience to its customers.
Cygnal is providing a converged network solution that encompasses VOIP-based telephony, a high capacity data infrastructure, and wireless applications. Great Canadian wanted a Nortel solution, and Cygnal’s proven experience as a “premium advantage partner” was a key factor in the selection of an integrator. Cygnal expects revenues on Great Canadian projects to exceed $1 million in 2005.
